The Street Art of Yarn Bombing

Yarn Bombing is a type of graffiti but instead of chalk or paint it employs yarn. The start of this movement has been attributed to Magda Sayeg, 37, from Houston. It all started in 2005 when she covered the door handle of her boutique with colorful yarn.

The installations can be statues, bikes, cars, buses and even entire bridges.
